
IES Residential acquired 2925 Briarpark, a 134,000-square-foot office building in the Westchase area, from Granite Properties. The 12-story building is situated on a 3-acre site, one block south of Westheimer and east of Beltway 8. Built in 1983, the office building was 90% leased at the time of the sale.
Within walking distance of 2925 Briarpark are two hotels, the Westchase Hilton and the Adam’s Mark Hotel, which each offer conference, lodging and entertainment options. Also within walking distance is the Carillon Shopping Center which features a wide variety of restaurants and shops.
