Hanover Co. and Transwestern Investments assembled six parcels northwest of the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Rankin Road from different owners with plans to build a 749,016-square-foot facility.
The Houston Business Journal reports Hanover aims to break ground on the project, called Rankin 59, in January and complete it in December 2027.
It will be the largest warehouse project in Houston’s north industrial submarket since Vigavi Realty completed the WestPoint 45 distribution center in the Greenspoint area in April 2025. Panelmatic Electrical Solutions leased the entire 728,080-square-foot building three months later.
Transwestern’s Brian Gammill and Craig Bean have begun marketing Rankin 59, which is designed to accommodate a single tenant or multiple users.
Headquartered in Houston, Texas, and founded in 1982, Hanover Company specializes in the nationwide development of high-quality multifamily residential and industrial properties.
