One of Christian von Koenigsegg’s earliest goals for his incredible hypercars was to go endurance racing. He wanted to go to Le Mans and go after the best sports car racers in the world. But just as his car was nearly ready for Le Mans, the FIA did what it does best. It changed the rules, which ended the Koenigsegg project for good.
