The Revuelto’s Next Chapter Is Taking Shape
For about three years now, the Lamborghini Revuelto has been flying the flag as Sant’Agata Bolognese’s main event, stepping into the shoes of the Aventador as the brand’s alpha supercar. But as always in Lambo-land, the real fun starts when the hardcore versions roll out. Enter the Super Veloce, or SV, the wilder sibling we’ve all been waiting for.
We’ve already seen camouflaged Revuelto SV mules tearing up the Nürburgring and Imola, but the latest sighting might be the juiciest yet. Car spotter Varryx caught what looks like a nearly finished Revuelto SV prowling the streets right outside Lamborghini HQ in Sant’Agata Bolognese.
Unlike the earlier test mules that looked like science projects on wheels, this prototype is practically ready for its close-up, even with all the camo. Looks like Lamborghini is putting the finishing touches on the SV before pulling the covers off next month.
A Familiar Shape With Track-Focused Tweaks
Lamborghini’s disguise game is strong at first glance. White wraps smother the front bumper, rear deck, and quarter panels, with perforated bits doing their best to hide the new aero tricks. Still, a few juicy details manage to peek through.
The biggest tell? A rear wing where the standard Revuelto’s active spoiler used to be. That screams track-ready, with extra downforce to keep the tail planted when things get fast and hairy.
Up front, the bumper looks like it’s hiding some new vents and aero tweaks, though it’s tough to say what’s lurking under all that camo. The prototype rolls on black wheels with red calipers, and you can still spot bits of the roof, mirrors, and greenhouse peeking out.

Monterey Debut in August
Lamborghini is still keeping specs under wraps, but the rumor mill is working overtime. Word is, the trusty 6.5-liter V12 and triple-motor hybrid setup will get a serious power boost. Some say 1,065 horsepower, others whisper 1,200, and the boldest rumors throw out 1,400 hp. Take that last one with a grain of salt.
Expect Lamborghini to go on a diet with the SV, just like they did with the Aventador SV. More carbon fiber, tweaked suspension, and chassis upgrades should make the Revuelto sharper in the corners, not just faster in a straight line.
An insider leak from a client preview claims Lamborghini will cap production at 1,963 units, tipping its hat to the brand’s birth year. The same source teases Fenomeno-inspired seats, four factory paint jobs, and a launch color in red. None of this is official yet, so stay tuned.
If everything goes to plan, the Revuelto SV will break cover at Monterey Car Week this August. And if the grapevine is right, Lamborghini might just roll out a Revuelto Roadster alongside it, giving us a double dose of Italian madness.
