Lincoln Property Co. expects to break ground on an office tower of more than 500,000 square feet later this year or in early 2028. To be called 28Hundred Fairmount, it will anchor an even wider development the company is calling The Springs District, totaling 1.4 million square feet on a 4-acre site at 2500 Cedar Springs Road.
The project will also have an as-yet-unnamed 234-unit apartment tower and 200-key hotel.
The Dallas Business Journal reports that all are expected to be complete by 2030. Lincoln is developing the entire district.
Suffolk Construction has been brought on board as general contractor.
The planned tower is less than a half-mile from Uptown’s newest and tallest tower, 23Springs.
