Logos Faith Development, a Los Angeles-based affordable housing developer partnering with faith communities across Southern California, announced 15 groundbreakings planned across 2026, 2027 and 2028. In support of that growth, Logos has signed a long-term lease for new headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles.
The large-scale development schedule includes five groundbreakings in 2026, five more slated for 2027 and an additional five planned for 2028. The company’s total development pipeline is now valued at roughly $750 million, encompassing more than 2,000 affordable housing units in partnership with over 15 faith-based organizations.
Pastor Martin Porter, founder and CEO, Logos Faith Development, said, “Logos Faith Development is moving our headquarters to Downtown Los Angeles from the Culver City area with a long-term lease at 515 South Figueroa. This is a sign that we are confident about the future of DTLA and a central location that will allow our team to support the affordable housing projects underway and planned across SoCal.”
