Developer MBK Rental Living has opened Vintage Farms, a 15-acre community featuring 330 apartments in Murrieta. The community, now open and leasing with immediate move-ins available, has experienced early demand during its pre-leasing phase.
“In today’s competitive housing landscape, differentiation matters,” said Ken McCarren, president of MBK Rental Living. “Vintage Farms reflects our commitment to creating communities with modern amenities that feel both elevated and firmly connected to their surroundings. Our goal was to design a community where the locale dotted with hillside views and outdoor gathering areas is integrated into the living environment and foundational to the resident experience.”
Along with a suite of amenities intended to support multiple modes of living, Vintage Farms also incorporates the company’s ‘With Our World’ sustainability program. Elements include EV charging stations, energy-efficient LED lighting and Energy Star appliances, low or no VOC materials, bicycle racks, and a weekly recycling program.
