The Nox, a new, large-scale live music and entertainment venue, is under construction in southeast Mesa, Arizona. It’s set to open in late 2027. It is slated to be a year-round entertainment destination for the Southeast Valley, hosting concerts, comedy, festivals, dinner theater, and corporate events.
The 70,000-square-foot venue is expected to look like a “Chicago warehouse,” with brick, iron, and arches, and a focus on acoustics. It will be near Ray and Power roads.
It will feature a modular concert hall, recording studio, and flexible event space for concerts, comedy, aiming to serve the growing East Valley and reduce the need for residents to travel for entertainment. Developed by the Bongiorno family and Streamline Cos., it will have a capacity of up to 2,000 people.
Besides regular attendees, the building will include a mezzanine-level VIP lounge with a private bar and seating as well as numerous food and beverage options.
