Monday Properties announced that the Arlington County Board granted approval of a major site plan amendment for 1401 Wilson Boulevard and 1400 Key Boulevard.
With the approval, a transformative mixed-use development at the 2.1-acre site encompassing both 1401 Wilson Boulevard and 1400 Key Boulevard in Rosslyn can now move forward. The two contiguous parcels, currently occupied by a pair of 12-story office buildings constructed in 1964, will be redeveloped into a landmark mixed-use destination featuring two 27-story multifamily residential towers totaling 831 residential units, 28,959 square feet of ground-floor retail, including a community-anchoring grocery store and a partially above-grade parking structure.
