An affiliate of LBX Investments bought a retail and office development in West Nashville. The development has about 95,000 square feet of space. The Nashville Business Journal reports the company paid $37.5 million for the Stateline in The Nations.
Vintage South was the seller in the recent transaction. The firm bought the 3.42-acre property for $6.5 million in 2020 before converting it into a mixed-use development.Â
The development, located at 5300 Centennial Blvd., is a former industrial building converted into a space with several retail tenants and office space.
Stateline currently houses several businesses including Glitz Nashville dress shop, Carbon Performance, Rhoe Pilates, as well as several office tenants.
LBX says it focuses on both equity and debt investments, offering current cash flow and, in some cases, appreciation potential. They invest across different property types, including, but not limited to, retail and multifamily.
