CBRE has secured the first of a few new office leases on behalf of Prebys Foundation, the new owner of 401 B St., a/k/a Wells Fargo Plaza, in downtown San Diego. The National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) has signed a long-term agreement for 11,296 square feet.
NCRC will move to the 14th floor of the tower. The company is relocating from its previous location at 530 B St.
CBRE’s Tyler Jemmett and Anna Barnes represented Prebys Foundation, which acquired the 24-story property in the City Center Business Improvement District this past April. CBRE’s Tom Turner and Bryan Bazzi represented NCRC.
“This transaction reflects continued demand for high-quality office space in downtown San Diego,” said Jemmett. “401 B St. offers a best-in-class environment for mission-driven organizations like NCRC, and we’re pleased to have supported both parties in achieving a successful outcome.”
