Greystar, in partnership with Whitman Peterson has opened Halden at Red Oak, a new apartment community in Red Oak, TX.
Halden at Red Oak offers a unique amenity: an on-site fishing pond. The city of Red Oak asked Greystar to preserve and improve the existing pond for public use, and it now includes piers and a paved trail that loops around the water.
Additional amenities include a 24/7 fitness center, a pool with a tanning shelf, an outdoor terrace with a fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen for grilling and dining.
Halden at Red Oak offers one- and two-bedroom apartments and three- and four-bedroom single-family homes for rent. Residences include personal patios or balconies and large fenced-in yards.
Halden at Red Oak sits just off Highway 342, about 20 miles south of downtown Dallas. The site includes two future retail spaces.
