
- CBRE announced that Chris Masotto has joined the firm as property management market leader for New York, Long Island and Southern Connecticut. He replaces Tom Lloyd, who was previously promoted to Property Management Northeast Division leader. Masotto joins CBRE from Cannon Hill Capital Partners, where he served as principal and head of property management. Â
- King Street Capital Management, a leading global alternative investment firm founded in 1995 with $30 billion of assets under management, announced a new leadership structure. Partners Domenico Lia, and Jeff Rosenbaum will co-head the flagship hedge fund strategy and special situations global drawdown strategy, with Lia overseeing international investment activities and Rosenbaum overseeing the Americas. Young Choi, Partner and Portfolio Manager of Rockford Tower Capital Management, will head the income-focused opportunistic credit strategy.Â
- Arqline, the unified national operating platform from parent company Alfred, has added Dan Carr as EVP, Portfolio Strategy and Expansion. Carr will lead strategic growth initiatives across Arqline, which manages more than 50,000 multifamily and build-to-rent homes across 31 markets, representing $20 billion in asset value.  Â
- Canvas Property Group appointed Frank Dolisi as managing director, head of investments. In his new role, Dolisi will lead investment activity across the New York City market while driving the firm’s strategic expansion into additional target markets across the U.S. He  joins from The Brooksville Company, a New York City-based owner and operator of multifamily real estate.Â
- Novare Group, a leading developer of innovative mixed-use communities in the Sunbelt region, is seeking an Investment Analyst / Associate in Atlanta, GA. The Analyst will support the CIO in evaluating and executing new developments, acquisitions, and broader investment initiatives. This role offers exposure across the full real estate investment lifecycle. - Gilbane Development has appointed Andreas Vlahakis as head of capital markets, based in the firm’s New York City office. Vlahakis brings extensive experience in real estate capital markets, including a track record spanning all asset classes with a focus on ground-up multifamily and student housing investments.Â
- Joelle Nelson, PE, has joined the forensic consulting practice at DeSimone Consulting Engineering as a principal based in the company’s New York City headquarters. A recognized leader in forensic engineering, Nelson brings more than 20 years of experience in structural investigation, design, and litigation support for high-profile, multi-million-dollar disputes to her new role at DeSimone. Â
- Syska Hennessy Group, the international engineering firm, has promoted Scott Klasner, PE, to associate partner. He is based in the firm’s New York City headquarters. Klasner is a senior mechanical engineer with over a decade of experience spanning the commercial, transportation, and critical facilities sectors. He is recognized for his expertise in HVAC system design and resource management.Â
- Samantha Ahuja and David Freylikhman, shareholders at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, have been elected fellows of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), a national association of commercial real estate attorneys. Washington, DC-based Ahuja and New York-based Freylikhman are among a select group of attorneys elected nationwide as members of the ACREL Class of 2026.Â
- Cure Companies, the hospitality and lifestyle holding company behind Padel United Sports Club, ROSTO, The Blackwood Club, and the forthcoming Awaken Hotels & Residences, said that Dave Heath, co-founder and former CEO of Bombas, has made a strategic investment in the company and joined its board of Directors. Heath’s investment is part of a $5 million raise that will support Cure’s continued portfolio expansion across Northern New Jersey. Â
