Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has expanded its Real Estate Practice with the addition of Jennifer Polovetsky as a shareholder in the firm’s New York City and Long Island offices. Polovetsky joins Greenberg Traurig from Duane Morris and brings more than two decades of experience representing clients in eminent domain, real estate litigation, and complex property transactions. 

Skanska, a leading global construction and development firm,  appointed Antonia Junelind as CFO of its USA Civil operations, effective Jan. 1, 2027. Junelind will succeed Jari Mäntylä as part of a longer-term leadership transition as Mäntylä shifts his focus to leading strategic initiatives for Skanska USA Civil while looking ahead to his future retirement. Junelind and Mäntylä will work closely together in the months ahead to ensure a smooth transition. 

VICI Properties Inc. announced that John M. Sullivan has been appointed to the company’s board of directors as an independent director, subject to and effective upon receipt of all applicable regulatory approvals. Sullivan served as President and CEO of Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited until his retirement in October 2023. 

TGM, a vertically integrated real estate investment manager, announced that Tim Anderson has joined the firm to lead its institutional business development and capital formation initiatives. Anderson brings more than twenty-five years of experience raising institutional capital across the alternative investment landscape. 

As Southern Land Company celebrates its 40th anniversary and continues to expand its national platform, the company has promoted four New York-based leaders to expanded executive roles: Alex Cauchon to Executive Vice President, Hospitality, where he oversees the company’s newly created hospitality division; Carly Catalana to Senior Vice President and Co-Head of Marketing, where she leads brand strategy and marketing; Kevin Wilson to Senior Vice President and Co-Head of Marketing & Strategy, where he leads strategic positioning, marketing, and go-to-market strategy; and Matt Ritsko to President, Construction, where he oversees construction for the multifamily and mixed-use portfolio. 

BRAVO Group, a full-service management firm in the AEC industry, has hired Jay Badame as COO. With close to five decades of experience leading some of the most high-profile projects across New York and the country, Badame will help oversee and grow the firm’s portfolio of public- and private-sector projects, with a special focus on construction management and driving new design-build opportunities.
