National law firm Nutter has engaged Elkus Manfredi Architects to develop a strategic workplace plan and the firm’s 100,000-square-foot headquarters at 155 Seaport Blvd. in Boston’s Seaport District. The project represents an investment in updating Nutter’s flagship office to support its growing team with updated infrastructure, amenities and collaboration spaces.
“The past several years have been among the most dynamic in Nutter’s history, marked by national growth, evolving client needs, and the continued expansion of our team,” said Nutter’s co-managing partner Michael Scott. “After more than two decades in the Seaport, we saw an opportunity to reimagine our workplace in a way that strengthens collaboration, supports our people, and reinforces our role as a convenor for clients and the broader business community.”
In collaboration with the firm’s leadership, Elkus Manfredi Architects is creating a collaborative environment intended to support the firm’s client-centric culture, foster connections and innovation, and attract high-level talent.
