AmTrustRE has signed the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) to 39,000 square feet at 250 Broadway for its new headquarters. Occupancy is expected in Q1 2027.
“We’re proud to welcome the Taxi and Limousine Commission to 250 Broadway as they establish their new headquarters,” said Jonathan Bennett, president of AmTrustRE. “Our relationship with the City of New York spans multiple leases across our portfolio, and this lease builds on that long-standing partnership. As we continue to invest in and elevate 250 Broadway, TLC’s decision to make this building their home reflects the building’s premier location, modern infrastructure, and enduring appeal to institutional tenants.”
AmTrustRE was represented by Anne Holker in-house, along with Brad Gerla, Michael Rizzo, and Alex Benisatto of CBRE as landlord broker. The tenant was represented by Gus Field of Cushman & Wakefield.
