Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded Scannell Properties’ Interstate Aviation Hub in Union, Ohio.
The 305,480-square-foot speculative building with 36’ clear height will feature 34 docks, two drive-in doors, 26 knock-out panels, 130 car spaces, 83 trailer stalls and 2,755 square feet of office. Peak is teamed with architect Ware Malcomb and civil engineer Arcadis. Project completion is expected in Q2 of 2027.
