
Rosedale Center, a 1,142,972-square-foot shopping center located in the heart of the Twin Cities, announced it has signed a 12,500-square-foot lease with Pottery Barn.
The specialty retailer known for casual, comfortable and stylish home furnishings will occupy an exterior space at Rosedale Center, opening in 2027. Pottery Barn is a member of the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. portfolio of brands. Holly Rome, JLL executive vice president of national retail leasing, leads the leasing effort at Rosedale Center and secured the lease with Pottery Barn.
“Customers’ appetite for retail is constantly evolving, and we are evolving with them at Rosedale Center,” said Rome. “We are confident that the community will embrace and support Pottery Barn at the center.” Rosedale Center is centrally located between the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. The shopping center features over 150 retailers, including Dick’s Sporting Goods, AMC Theatres, JCPenney, Macy’s, Rose & Loon, and Von Maur.
