Range Group announced the start of pre-leasing at 465 Carpenter, a new 72-unit luxury apartment community located at 465 N. Carpenter St. on the border of Chicago’s Fulton Market and West Town neighborhoods.
Cross Street is overseeing the leasing and marketing firm for the property. The five-story boutique community offers studio, convertible, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences. “The building offers a more intimate living experience within one of the country’s most dynamic mixed-use districts, combining timeless interiors, modern amenities and exceptional access to everything that makes Fulton Market and West Town so desirable,” said Brett Katz, principal and co-founder at Range Group.
465 Carpenter is steps from Fulton Market’s Restaurant Row, as well as a variety of local and national retailers, and the property offers convenient access to the Loop and River North. “The launch of pre-leasing at 465 Carpenter represents a notable addition to Chicago’s luxury rental market, which has seen limited inventory delivered this year despite exceptionally strong demand in and around Fulton Market,” said Cross Street President Shane Rachman.
