Longtime Downtown Los Angeles office tenant PwC is relocating to Century City. The Los Angeles Times reported that the accounting and professional services firm has signed a 15-year lease to occupy 150,000 square feet at Irvine Company’s 2121 Ave. of the Stars. Its current DTLA space at 601 S. Figueroa St. spans about 114,000 square feet.
“This move is about growth, connectivity, and the future of our Los Angeles business,” PwC office managing partner Andy Sofield told The Times. “PwC has continued to grow in the market, and the new Century City office gives us additional space in a location that better supports our people, clients, and teams across the region.”
The Times reported that the PwC relocation, scheduled for 2028 upon the expiration of its 601 S. Figueroa lease, represents the latest high-profile exit from the city’s financial core. PwC has been a presence downtown since the late 1990s.
