The third-generation Honda Passport, which revived the decades-old nameplate in 2019, was pretty much a bob-tail version of the three-row Pilot. Complete with rounded styling and a minivan-like interior, the previous-generation crossover was comfortable and practical, but it didn’t project the rugged image or capability that many SUV shoppers crave. That could explain why the fourth-gen 2026 Passport, which debuted earlier this year, enjoyed its best-ever November sales: Buyers love that chunky new look, and its Outback-rivaling rugged personality is only a plus.
