
Charles Schwab Corp. is investing millions into an extensive renovation of a nearly 84,000-square-foot office space in north Scottsdale where the firm is planning a major Arizona expansion.
The Dallas Business Journal reports the financing services company filed a permit for $11.7 million in tenant improvements at the Two Scottsdale Landing office complex at 8701 E. Hartford Drive off Pima and Bell roads.
The Class B, Two Scottsdale Landing office complex is adjacent to the 124-acre Mack Innovation Park, where Toy Barn is working toward developing its largest luxury car storage facility and electric vehicle maker Rivian is opening its first Scottsdale service and repair facility. It’s also near the future site of Taser maker Axon Enterprise Inc.’s massive headquarters project.
Dallas-based Schwab is one of the largest financial companies in the U.S. with more than $13 trillion in assets under management.
