While not a sure thing, Integrated Senior Lifestyles is getting closer to building a 242-unit senior housing project in Plano. The planning commission has okayed the venture, with only the city council to provide its okay for it to become final. The development is planned for construction near Ohio Drive and Park Boulevard at the former site of the Plano Athletic Club, which closed in 2025.
The new independent living facility from Integrated Senior Lifestyles will be a 5-story building with an abundance of amenities. They include restaurant-style dining, a coffee bistro, and a bar lounge, an indoor/outdoor pool, a recovery sauna, a hot tub, a fitness center, a yoga studio, and an indoor pickleball court. Other amenities include a library, an art studio, a game room, a media room, an on-site salon, concierge support, and scheduled transportation.
