TailoredSpace continues its growth in the San Diego area, adding a coworking space in Del Mar at 12481 High Bluff Dr., Ste. 300. The new coworking space at 14,412 square feet brings TailoredSpace to three sites in the greater San Diego market, including Carlsbad and Kearny Mesa, with additional locations now under construction in Oceanside and Solana Beach.

The Del Mar TailoredSpace is located within High Bluff Ridge, owned by PGIM Real Estate. The landlord was represented in the transaction by Joe Anderson and Brian Starck with Cushman & Wakefield and TailoredSpace was represented by Michael Mahoney of CBRE.
