Designed by Chicago architect Martin Roche, the 16-story Romanesque-inspired Monroe Building offers a variety of office suites ranging from 295 square feet to 15,455 square feet.
“With the addition of the new amenity floor, tenants can take advantage of state-of-the-art technology and flexible gathering spaces for meetings, collaboration, conferences, or simply a change of scenery,” said Kimberley Clark, Property Manager of the Monroe Building. “The space also provides a welcoming destination for tenant employees who work remotely or in hybrid roles and may not need a dedicated office every day, giving them a place to connect, collaborate, and be productive when they come in.”
