
- Noel J. Hutcheson will join Avison Young as Principal and Market Leader for its Dallas office. With nearly 30 years of experience, Hutcheson has completed more than 14 million square feet of commercial transactions including negotiations for eight Fortune 100 companies. Hutcheson joins Avison Young after 19 years with Colliers International and eight years at Cushman & Wakefield.
- Stephen Golding has joined Oxford Partners as Senior Vice President. His experience includes overseeing large-scale portfolios, executing leasing strategies, and managing value-add initiatives across multiple markets. He has also been actively involved in syndication, underwriting, and capital deployment.
- Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Rigsby Avenue Shopping Center, a 64,200-square-foot multi-tenant retail center in San Antonio, Texas. Phillip Levy, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both private investors. Â
- Divine Technologies Aerospace Corp. has signed a full-building lease within Mid-City Business Park. Welcome Group developed the four-building complex at 4666 W. U.S. Hwy. 90. in 2023. Divine will occupy 83,482 square feet of the 352,890-square-foot property. The development is now fully leased.Â
- Stream Realty Partners is developing Hilltop 71, a 207,000-square-foot industrial project. The development at 6800 E. Ben White Blvd. will span seven buildings. The buildings range from 16,000 to 65,000 square feet and support smaller tenants. The groundbreaking is expected within 60 days.Â
