So, the 2026 AMG GT lineup is basically on its farewell tour, and Mercedes is sweetening the deal for anyone thinking about grabbing one before the new models hit the market. If you’re the type who still loves the roar and feel of a real engine, this is your window. Once the new generation arrives, especially the 4-Door, the current AMG GT will be history.

Discounts Reach Up to $10,000, But There’s a Catch

Word from CarsDirect is that Mercedes-Benz is dangling up to $10,000 in dealer incentives on select 2026 AMG GTs. But don’t expect a simple cash-back deal – there’s a bit more fine print involved.

According to the report, the AMG GT 43, GT 53, and GT 55 get you a $5,000 bonus if you finance, or $2,500 if you lease. Go for the top-dog AMG GT 63, and you could pocket up to $10,000 off with financing, or $5,000 if you lease.

However, the discounts come in the form of dealer cash incentives, not straight-up rebates, so it’s up to each dealership how much of that money actually gets passed on to you. Translation: shop around, because deals will vary.

Officially, these incentives end July 31, but CarsDirect points out they’ve been around for a while. Odds are, they’ll stick around until Mercedes clears out the last of the old stock.

The Electric AMG GT Already Has a Price Tag Overseas

While Mercedes is busy waving goodbye to its gas-powered GTs, the next chapter is already unfolding over in Europe. The all-electric 2027 Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door is already out in the open, and German pricing makes it clear this new flagship isn’t messing around. The base GT 4-Door 43 starts at €154,900 (about $180,000), while the GT 4-Door 53 jumps to €194,900 (roughly $226,000).

That puts the new electric GT in a whole different league price-wise compared to today’s models, showing just how bold Mercedes is going with its next-gen performance EV.

We don’t know US pricing yet, but if Europe is anything to go by, the 2026 AMG GT could go down as not just the last gas-powered version, but also the last time owning an AMG GT didn’t require a small fortune.
