The Mix, a $3 billion, 112-acre, mixed-experience community in Frisco, has begun construction on a future Whole Foods Market location that will serve as the anchor tenant of its retail center. The store, located at Dallas Parkway and Lebanon Road, will be the natural and organic foods retailer’s first Frisco location.
The new Whole Foods Market and retail center are part of The Mix’s first phase of development, which broke ground in January 2025. Phase one includes 28 acres, approximately 100,000 square feet of retail space, 115,000 square feet of Class A office space, 635 urban residential units, and part of the 8-acre central park.
The Mix is located in Frisco’s North Platinum Corridor, with easy access from the Tollway, Lebanon Rd., Parkwood Blvd. and John Hickman Pkwy. It will feature more than 2 million square feet of Class A office space, 375,000 square feet of upscale retail, two hotels, and over 3 million square feet of residential space.
