So, if you’re feeling a bit bold, you can push a shiny console button to reveal your car’s hidden and secret personality. You’ll be able to transform your commuter carrier into a committed canyon carver and head off for some fun adventures instead. Yet this sleight of hand doesn’t always pay off and what you see is not always what you get. And that appears to be the case with the Toyota Corolla in its standard form, as it invites its drivers to select a sports button to reveal something that’s not really there. Sadly, in the case of any standard Corolla, “sport” is just wishful thinking and, in fact, this might just be the most useless example of a sports button ever. So, what’s the point?
