Ever since the original Gran Turismo video game introduced the Skyline GT-R and its giant-killing performance to a global audience in the latter part of the 1990s, the lean, almost athletic R32 generation captured most of the attention. That was until the more muscular R34 was added to the game, with its signature Bayside Blue paint and giant stove-top tail lamps forever seared into the collective minds of performance fans.
