The best-selling car in the United States last year was the Toyota RAV4. It’s a perfectly fine car with attractive styling, a variety of powertrains, practical sizing and capacities, and reasonable fuel efficiency. The 2025 base model currently starts at $29,550 before destination, options, and other fees. With that being said, there are so many more fun cars with high horsepower at or below that price point. We’re not saying there’s anything necessarily wrong with the RAV4 in this article – just that you could spend the same amount of money for 500 or more horsepower.
