Toyota is spending $50 million to try and prove something. Prove everything, really, when it comes to cars and especially trucks and SUVs. The Japanese automaker has just started work on a whole new set of roads, surfaces, and tracks, to put its vehicles through their paces. And it’s happening in the Arizona desert.
