The Toyota Hilux is the brand’s workhorse pickup throughout much of the world, outside of the United States, where we get the similar-sized Tacoma. The latest Hilux premiered in Europe in late 2025 and introduced some major powertrain revisions for the truck. Among the notable changes is a fully electric powertrain for customers who need a hauling rig with no emissions.
