
Trammell Crow Company and its joint venture partner, a consortium led by CBRE Japan, have delivered Buford Creek Business Center, a three-building, 686,400-square-foot speculative industrial park in Buford, Georgia, approximately 30 miles northeast of Atlanta. CBRE’s Todd Barton, Mark Hawks, Joanna Blaesing, and Matt Higgins are marketing the buildings for sale or lease on behalf of ownership.
Buford Creek Business Center is located at the northeast corner of Lanier Islands Parkway and Big Creek Road in Buford, three miles from Interstate 985. Building 100 is a 40-foot clear, 349,440-square-foot cross-dock warehouse with 64 trailer parking spots. Buildings 200 and 300 are identical in size at 168,400 square feet. They both have 36-foot clear heights and are rear-load buildings with 40 and 24 trailer parking spots, respectively.
Buford Creek Business Center was designed by Atlas Collaborative and built by The Conlan Company.
