Trumark Homes is adding to the residential component of Sunset Development’s Bishop Ranch mixed-use megaproject in San Ramon, acquiring 195 lots for The Trails in Bishop Ranch. Located on the northwestern land of Bishop Ranch, the project’s two new neighborhoods include Promenade at The Trails, with 67 three-story single-family homes; and Paseo at The Trails, with 128 three-story townhomes.
“The connectivity and tranquility that Bishop Ranch offers are appealing advantages for those working in the area, and we anticipate high demand from prospective homebuyers seeking those same qualities where they call home,” said Tony Bosowski, Northern California Division president at Trumark Homes.
The Trails in Bishop Ranch is connected to the 600-acre master-planned community’s numerous and distinct elements, most notably City Center, its 300,000-square-foot, open-air shopping, dining and entertainment destination, according to Trumark. The launch of sales is planned for fall 2027.
