VAC Development has broken ground on The Cliff, a $100 million transformation of a 10-acre, 100,000-square-foot office property in Green Valley Ranch. A VAC Development-led joint venture acquired and recapitalized the project at the end of August, with CAST Capital Partners continuing as a partner. Construction officially began September 1, with delivery to tenants targeted for Q2 2027.
The ownership and construction milestone comes as The Cliff adds three new tenants to its growing lineup: Visual Comfort, Pvolve and BODYROK. They join previously announced tenants Arhaus, The Taco Stand, Lyte House, The Barista Botanist and Killer Whale Creamery.
The Cliff’s entertainment component will host live entertainment, including bands, DJs, comedy and karaoke, along with expanded outdoor programming such as car shows, seasonal markets and arts and crafts fairs — giving the development greater flexibility for recurring events and programming than a traditional retail center.
