
VanTrust Real Estate announced that New Albany 300, a 300,400-square-foot industrial facility currently under construction at 12550 Jug Street in The New Albany International Business Park in Ohio is now fully leased.
VanTrust has also broken ground on New Albany 302, a 302,400-square-foot speculative facility slated for delivery by year-end. New Albany 302 represents the final development within VanTrust’s 500-acre New Albany Tech Park portfolio. In addition, the firm is preparing to break ground on BoltonTwo, the second of two speculative industrial buildings in southwest Columbus. The project will deliver 338,290 square feet of industrial space.
Construction on BoltonTwo is expected to begin in May, with delivery targeted for January 2027. Both Bolton projects were designed by RED Architecture, with Pepper Construction serving as general contractor. Leasing is led by Beau Taggart of KBC Advisors and Mike Hurd of Cushman & Wakefield.
New Albany 302 is scheduled for completion in December 2026. Gordian Construction serves as the general contractor. Leasing for New Albany 302 is led by Michael Linder and Jonathan Schuen of Colliers.
