It might not be the likeliest of comparisons, but the Subaru Crosstrek is a serious value-packed machine these days, and so it might surprise some buyers to learn that the luxury-focused and hybridized Lexus UX can be secured for not just the same price, but actually a whole lot less. If you can forego the extra space and off-road capability, the little Lexus might just be the better buy.
