Woodside Health, an Ohio-based private equity firm specializing in healthcare real estate, has completed the sale of Cornerstone Plaza, a medical and retail property located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.
Built in 2002, the property is strategically positioned in Southlake, Texas, and the asset is anchored by Cook Children’s. In addition to its healthcare tenancy, the property includes several retail users.
JLL arranged financing from Hillcrest Bank, a division of NBH Bank, on behalf of the borrower, Brownlee Waggoner Holdings. JLL Capital Market’s Debt Advisory team, representing the borrower, was led by Senior Managing Director John Rose, Director Kristi Leonard and Associate Chad Lisbeth.
The retail center was originally built in 2002 and comprises 51,664 square feet of net rentable area across two buildings situated on 5.9 acres with 273 parking spaces. “Cornerstone Plaza is exceptionally well located within the Southlake market and supported by a quality tenant roster led by Cook Children’s,” said Ben Barr, Woodside Health Principal.
