Work on the Haggard Farm Development is underway. The historic farmland is one of the lone remaining chunks of raw land left in Plano. Stillwater Capital is leading the development effort, which could amount to $750 million in value for the mixed-use project.
The full 142-acre project is expected to feature about 200,000 square feet of retail, 700 multifamily units, 650,000 square feet of office space, a boutique hotel with a private social club and 10 acres of green space.
The first phase of construction—including the apartment building, retail district and townhomes—is expected to be finished in 2027.
The second phase will include retail, the second multifamily building and a hotel, while the third phase will follow with additional retail and office development.
