JLL has expanded its Southern California retail brokerage business with the hire of Southern California retail real estate veteran Dennis Borowsky as SVP, based in Irvine. With his previous experience working in-house for multiple retail developers as well as working in brokerage, Borowsky will specialize in working with property owners and tenants on their real estate needs in Orange County, Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

Table Space, one of India’s leading providers of enterprise-grade managed office solutions, appointed Elias Lindenberg as Principal Director – Sales, Americas. Lindenberg joins John Hogan, Chief Sales Officer, Americas, giving Table Space dedicated leadership on both the West Coast and Midwest as US enterprises drive a growing share of India’s Global Capability Centre expansion.

BKM Capital Partners, an institutional fund manager and operator specializing in multi-tenant light industrial real estate, closed the first half of 2026 with approximately $5.4 billion in assets under management, capping six months of growth that widened its national footprint and deepened its operating platform. The firm acquired $2.15 billion of real estate in H1 and entered the Austin and Atlanta markets for the first time. In tandem with its portfolio growth, BKM posted the largest personnel increase in its history, expanding its headcount by 51% and growing its office network accordingly.
