St. Louis-based McCarthy Holdings, Inc., announced that Dhruv Patel has been named President and Chief Operating Officer. Patel will report directly to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Ray Sedey. He will be responsible for strengthening alignment across McCarthy’s regional and national businesses. Patel replaces Chief Operating Officer Joe Jouvenal, who is transitioning into a new role as Chief Transformation Officer.
Ed Pitula has joined PREMIER Design + Build Group as Executive Vice President. In this role, he will lead operations and strategic growth throughout PREMIER’s Central Region, supporting the company’s continued expansion across the Midwest. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in development and construction, Pitula brings extensive expertise in industrial, corporate office, higher education, medical office, and design-build project delivery.
Colliers announced the return of Matt Abraham, CCIM, SIOR, as Senior Vice President. Abraham brings over two decades of commercial real estate experience, specializing in industrial and investment properties. He previously spent 13 years with Colliers, where he built a strong reputation serving clients throughout West Michigan. Most recently, he served as Senior Real Estate Advisor at First Companies, representing clients in industrial and investment real estate transactions across West Michigan.
Ridge Trail Capital today announced the appointment of Jim Tassoni as Managing Director of the firm. Tassoni brings more than 23 years of experience in finance, investing, and business ownership to Ridge Trail and is driven to support lower-middle-market business owners through every lifecycle, including growth, transition, and exit.
Greenstone Partners announced that Michael Duckler has joined the firm as Senior Director. Duckler specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties throughout the Chicagoland suburbs, advising clients on transactions ranging from 12 to 350 units. Duckler’s addition strengthens Greenstone’s multifamily platform, bringing an accomplished transaction history, deep market expertise, and long-standing relationships with private and institutional investors across Chicago.
JLL has appointed DeJeana Kilgore as Head of Consulting, Americas. Kilgore oversees the region’s corporate real estate consulting business, focusing on transformation, workplace strategy, AI in real estate, outsourcing strategy, footprint optimization and human-centric design. Based in Chicago, Kilgore is responsible for leading the 150-person Americas Consulting team.
Colliers announced that Travis Helgeson has joined the firm as Senior Vice President. Helgeson brings more than 15 years of experience specializing in office sales, leasing, and tenant advisory services throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. Prior to joining Colliers, Helgeson co-founded Range Realty Partners, a commercial real estate firm. Earlier in his career, he held brokerage positions at Cushman & Wakefield and Kessinger Hunter in the Kansas City office market.
