
- Besen Partners continues to strengthen its investment sales platform with the expansion of its Besen Private Capital Group (BPCG), announcing the addition of five new Investment Sales Associates: Oliver Anderes, Lucas DePasquale, Brandon Cimino, Michael Desmond, and Jack Kohn. The new associates join the firm’s growing investment sales platform following their recent college graduations and will focus on sourcing opportunities, advising property owners and investors, underwriting assets, and executing transactions throughout New York City and beyond. Â
- SAGE Investment Real Estate Advisors, based in Livingston, NJ, has expanded its growing brokerage team with the addition of Katie Migner as associate salesperson. Migner joins SAGE with a diverse commercial real estate background spanning project management, property administration and construction coordination. In her new role, she will support the firm’s investment sales platform while working alongside SAGE’s senior advisors to further develop her brokerage expertise through the company’s collaborative mentorship approach. Â
- Concurrently with DIG Architecture’s recent 20th-anniversary milestone and the launch of an evolved brand identity, the firm has announced the promotion of three key professionals to the role of Associate: Dalina Cruz, senior interior designer; Wally Harris, senior project manager; and LoriAnne Jones, senior project manager. Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc. has refinanced the assets in its two remaining CRE CLOs, GPMT 2021-FL3 and GPMT 2021-FL4, on its JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. repurchase facility, which it recently extended to July 2028, with three one-year term extension options. In connection with the refinance, the company upsized its JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. repurchase facility to $651 million.Â
