Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its National Industrial Advisory Group with the addition of Melinda Marino as Managing Director, who will be located in Northern California. Marino joins Cushman & Wakefield from JLL and will cover industrial and land development site transactions across Northern California, including San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Oakland/East Bay and the North Bay, as well as the California Central Valley and Bakersfield.

Cityview has hired Gabi Franco as Managing Director of Asset Management. Franco will lead Cityview’s asset management team, oversee the firm’s development and value-add assets and work alongside the construction management, property management and development teams as Cityview continues to scale nationally. Previously, he was Partner at Interstate Development and Partner/Head of Asset Management at Carmel Partners.

RDC, an award-winning architecture, planning and interior design firm, announceD that Sean Unsell has been named Principal of the firm. A veteran of 38 years with the firm, Unsell is a co-leader of RDC’s Retail, Grocery and Market group, a design practice that focuses on grocery stores and retail centers.

Procore Technologies, Inc., a global provider of construction management software, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DroneDeploy, Inc., a robotics and visual intelligence platform that is used on three-million-plus jobsites across more than 180 countries. Procore will acquire DroneDeploy for approximately $845 million in cash, subject to customary purchase price adjustments.

Mill Valley-based Four Corners Property Trust, a REIT primarily engaged in the ownership and acquisition of high-quality, net-leased restaurant and retail properties, has entered into a Fifth Amended and Restated Revolving Credit and Term Loan Agreement with a group of existing and new lenders. The credit agreement increases the overall size of the facility from $940 million to $1.15 billion by entering into a new senior unsecured $400-million term loan maturing in August 2031.
