
JLL announced key leadership appointments within its asset management services team as a global offering under value and risk advisory, part of the firm’s capital markets services. Katie Hynard, appointed global lead earlier this year, is leading the strategy and direction for the platform with a focus on building out the offering across all key markets. Nathan Zinn joined JLL as lead director, asset management services, Americas, and is spearheading implementation and commercial growth across U.S. markets.
Farbman Group announced four new team members and two new promotions across the enterprise. Michelle Marcinko joins the firm as a property manager, Sam Paulus joins NAI Farbman brokerage as a sales associate, Shannon Bauer joins Farbman Group as a sales associate, and Ashton Knoll joins as an electrical technician. Christopher Debs has been promoted from a general manager in the firm’s property management department to director of multifamily real estate, and Vinnie Lyles has been promoted to senior facilities manager in Ohio.
CRG announced the appointment of student housing veteran Carly Shepherd as senior vice president of sales and marketing, strengthening the leasing and marketing capabilities of the firm’s expanding student housing and residential platform. Shepherd brings more than 24 years of student housing operations, leasing and marketing leadership to CRG, where she will direct sales and marketing strategy across the firm’s Chapter portfolio of student housing and multifamily communities nationwide.
Gold + Oak, the lifestyle, retail merchandising and design division of Nicholas Family of Companies, announced it has formalized its interior design capabilities with the launch of Gold + Oak Interiors. Megan Vosburgh, Karen Hultsch and Jenna Scialabba have all joined Gold + Oak Interiors from Eleni Interiors, a former project partner on past NFOC multifamily and commercial work that has since merged with another firm.
National full-service real estate firm Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, announced two appointments to its board of directors. Donald Huffner, an experienced real estate leader who most recently served as CEO and president of private Hawaii-based real estate firm James Campbell Company, and Craig Robinson, a veteran executive and advisor for real estate business services companies, will serve as independent members of Draper and Kramer’s board, which also includes representatives from the company’s family ownership and its CEO.
Urban Innovations announced that the firm signed 18 new lease deals and one expansion in the first half of 2026, totaling more than 50,000 square feet of leases signed in its River North office buildings. Aaron Zaretsky, Urban Innovations’ Leasing Director, represented the buildings in all the transactions.
