CBRE facilitated the sale of the University of Maryland Laurel Health & Wellness MOB, a 55,598-square-foot medical outpatient building (MOB) located at 7140 Contee Rd., Laurel, MD to UDLR Partners.  The price was not disclosed.Â

Delivered in the spring of 2024, the Class A facility is leased on a triple-net basis with long-term WALT. The property is located on the campus of the University of Maryland Laurel Medical Center as part of a multi-phase plan to create a health and wellness destination campus. The property is anchored by University of Maryland Medical System-related entities and the University of Maryland Faculty Physicians.
