Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded DarwinPW Realty’s White Oak Warehouse project in Aurora, IL. The speculative industrial facility is 52,925 square feet, with a 32’ clear height, 10 docks, 2 drive-in doors, 31 trailer stalls and 63 parking spaces.
The project is slated to be completed in the second quarter of 2026. Peak is teamed with architect Partners in Design and civil engineer Cemcon.
DarwinPW Realty, a member of CORFAC International, is a privately held real estate brokerage,
asset management, investment and development firm based in suburban Chicago. The firm is managing the development on behalf of an investor who acquired the parcel at 2290 White Oak Cir. last October, with plans for a warehouse or cold storage facility.
