
Cresa announced that Julie Northcutt-Dunn joined as president, markets, a newly created executive role focused on driving growth across Cresa’s market operations through strategic planning, operational excellence and organic growth initiatives. She will be based in Cresa’s Chicago headquarters. Northcutt-Dunn joins from Colliers, where she was recently executive managing director, overseeing Chicago, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Omaha, St. Louis and Nashville.
The Inland Real Estate Group has appointed Jacqueline Dagan as associate general counsel and Dhaval Parikh as head of institutional capital formation, adding two seasoned leaders to its institutional asset management platform, Inland Institutional. Dagan brings more than two decades of legal experience across investment management, real estate funds and alternative assets. Parikh brings nearly 20 years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, and product development within the real estate investment industry.

Josh Koons has been hired as vice president of facilities for PsiQuantum in Chicago, helping lead the development of the company’s facility at the Illinois Quantum and Microelectronics Park. He has over 20 years of experience, including most recently as the Department Head of Utility Systems and Infrastructure Engineering at Argonne National Laboratory. He will support efforts to build and scale the facilities and infrastructure needed to support fault-tolerant quantum computing.

The life science group Sartorius has received Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) v4 Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council for its Center of Excellence for Bioanalytics in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The designation recognizes the site’s high standards in sustainable construction and energy-efficient building operations. The site represents a total investment of more than $100 million and serves as a hub for the development and manufacturing of bioanalytical instruments, associated reagents, consumables and software solutions used for biopharma applications.
