Greystar has begun to welcome residents to Juniper, its fifth apartment community in a formerly industrial neighborhood that the company is redeveloping north of Boston in Everett, MA. The 416-unit property at 201 Mill Road marks the final community delivered as part of Greystar’s $880 million transformation of Everett’s Commercial Triangle Economic Development District, creating a connected neighborhood featuring 1,905 new apartment homes, 6,500 square feet of retail space, and community green space and parks.
The new property features apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms and more than 15,000 square feet of amenity space, including a gym and community pet spa. Juniper’s offerings also include a pickleball court, bocce court, nine-hole mini golf course, and dog park. Greystar, the largest apartment operator in the U.S., broke ground on the property in the summer of 2024 and topped off construction in December of last year.
