
The Keith Corp. plans to build up to 1.7 million square feet of industrial space in Rock Hill. It will be built on 178 acres of the final phase of Legacy Park East. The Charlotte Business Journal reports Keith paid $6.1 million for the land last year. Frampton Construction will serve as the project’s general contractor. Legacy Park East is the second phase of a public-private partnership between Rock Hill and Scannell Properties to develop Legacy Park.
The Keith Corp.’s plan for the property is to develop three buildings at 273,520 square feet, 387,500 square feet and just over 1 million square feet.
The site allows for warehousing, distribution and light manufacturing uses. Tenants in the park include Pratt Industries, Ross Stores, Pepsi, Scentsy and Elite Logistix..
The 330-acre business park is located along I-77. The development began in 2016.
